Contact is a support service for families with disabled children, offering information, advice and guidance as well as 1:1 emotional support services and parent/carer forums. Throughout the year contact run workshops and events and offer drop-in services from some Children’s Centres and community centres.
Contact have also produced a wonderful ‘at-a-glance’ glossary of Hospitals and Community Services (secondary care) describing different services and linking to useful pages and resources from across the web.
